When I considered modding/tuning my SS I did a lot of research. Was gonna go with the GM Stage I package, but the local dealer wanted $650 for the parts(you can buy the parts separately for ~$150). I settled on the Trefecta tune after reading many different favorable comments on various GM forums. After a couple of hours with CJ and all I gotta say is WOWEE WOWEE HOT DARN!!!!!!
The Trifecta tune changed my SS from a quick, fun to drive little car........into a Mustang hunting beast! Cruising @ 35mph and flooring the gas gets wheel spin. The car also has lots more low end grunt, and the engine evens sounds different at lower/mid rpms. Reminds me of the USAC midgets @ the Chili Bowl Nationals.
